Well, it’s been a long time coming, but I finally have a third royalty-free music pack to share! The theme of this pack is “Orchestra”. The pack contains songs for a variety of different settings, such as towns, battles, puzzles, and more! Check out the pack here!
Among the tracks on this pack is one titled “The Final Challenge.” I actually composed the first version of this song 15 years ago, way back in 2009. The production side of that version was abysmal at best, but compositionally I still consider it to be one of the best songs I’ve ever written. I’ve never publicly released it until now because I always thought it was worthy of something bigger than simply sticking it on Soundcloud or on my old forgotten Newgrounds page. Now I’ve done a complete full-orchestra rewrite of the track and I think I’m finally ready to give it to the world. This track is a fitting conclusion to my third Royalty-Free Music Pack, and I hope that someone will use this track in a game someday so it can finally fulfill the purpose it was always written for.
This release raises the question of what is next for Syndroversion, and I can honestly say that I don’t know at this time. I’ve been finding it harder and harder to find the inspiration and motivation to continue working on these packs. Plus, I have found that I miss working on other types of projects. I’m going to let myself take a rest from working specifically on a new pack and just see where my inspiration takes me. Stay tuned for more info!
